Big Tin Pan Parade

Lyrics

Hear the bing and the band of the big tin pan parade
You never heard such tunes
as they bang on the pots with the tablespoons
Here they come to the cookies and plums
they'll soon have a pain in their tummy tum tums
The captain of course has a broom for a horse
as he leads them on parade.

Yes, it has a lot more words but I don't recall them and the rhythm of this one is a a bit off, I believe.

Doesn't it have more words? My mother used to sing that song to us as children all the time and we started singing it as we became older. Now I want to sing it orally to my two year old grandson. I know the melody but not all the correct words.
