Cindy

Lyrics

Oh have you seen my Cindy
She comes from way down south
And she’s so sweet the honey bees
Just swarm around her mouth

Chorus
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
I’ll marry you someday

The first time that I saw her,
She was standin' in the door;
Her shoes and stockings in her hand,
Her feet all over the floor.

Get along home, Cindy, Cindy;
Get along home.
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy;
I'll marry you someday.

I wish I were an apple
A-hangin’ on a tree
And every time my Cindy passed by
She’d take a bite of me

Chorus
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
I’ll marry you someday

Oh have you seen my Cindy
She comes from way down south
And she’s so sweet the honey bees
Just swarm around her mouth

Chorus
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
Get along home, Cindy, Cindy
I’ll marry you someday

Really appreciate that you takcled blogging the steps involved in getting a horse like Cindy back into good health. It is a great learning opportunity for us all and might go a long way toward making sure other horses don't end up in such bad shape and left to die alone. As all you HEARTarians help educate us in the general population, you instill understanding of problems we never knew about, and put the tools of knowledge into many hands. Many hands make lighter work, and many hearts made aware will help keep watch for horses who need HEART. Thanks for all you do. All of you!
