"This is The Song That Never Ends" is also known as "The Song That Doesn't End". The song is a one verse song, written in an infinite-loop, which means you can repeat the verse for as long as you wish and that's the song for you. The song was written in 1988 by writer/composer Norman Martin.
This song was performed on Sherry Lewis' Show called "Lambchop's Playhouse" at the end of the show.
An Interesting Fact
Sherry Lewis was the famous ventriloquist whose hand-puppet was made out of sock and named Lambchop. The song was the theme song for the children television show called, "Sherry Lewis and friends". Where Sherry would sing the song with her friend Lamp Chop.

A bit like the 'I Know A Song That Will Get On Your Nerves' song. I totally agree with I Ain't Tellin U Weirdos about weird people being creative, smart and/or funny - I am definitely the first two, and always seem to make my friends laugh!
