If you're using Microsoft Windows:

The free Media Player that comes with Windows can play MIDI files. As an alternative, the free QuickTime Player can play MIDI files as well as movies.

If you're using a Macintosh:

The free QuickTime Player can play MIDI files as well as movies.

Still having problems?

Are your speakers plugged in and turned on (or your headphones plugged in)?

If the song is playing very quietly, also check your computer's volume settings (especially if you've turned the volume down so that the alert sounds aren't so loud).
